MTS Referral Bonus Scheme

As part of our continuing commitment in the provision of excellence in aerospace personnel to our clients, MTS operates a referral bonus scheme that rewards people who refer aircraft engineers to us.
The bonus is dependent upon the successful placement of an engineer on assignment by MTS and the value on the length of contract that the candidate is placed on and completed.
