ISO 9001:200

Monarch Technical Support is certified to the international quality management system standard ISO 9001:2000 by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA). The Quality Management System (QMS) that has been approved by LRQA covers the supply of qualified and experienced personnel within the aviation industry to clients throughout the UK and overseas.

ISO 9001:2000 approval was granted by LRQA who provide assessment and certification services in QMS and are a leading accredited independent assessment and certification organisation. The QMS is audited on an ongoing basis with regular internal audits and external audits carried out by LRQA every nine months and there is a full Management Review carried out annually with the approval of the Managing Director.

Federation of Aerospace Support Services (FASS)

Monarch Technical Support is a founder member of FASS.
